Service Delivery Model

Each Encore Rehab region consists of approximately 20 facilities. A Regional Vice President, experienced Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant are available to support the needs of your facility and the Encore Rehab employees. By offering local management support, our customers and employees receive an optimal level of individual attention.

  • A Regional Vice President and Therapy Program Manager meet with you on a regular basis to review clinical outcomes and financial results to ensure that facility goals and objectives are consistently achieved.
  • A Regional Vice President and Therapy Program Manager will assist with facility marketing activities to increase census and awareness in your community.
  • Documentation of therapy services is reviewed regularly to ensure adherence to Medicare and state guidelines.
  • An electronic billing system integrates daily financial and clinical data to provide timely, accurate information in order to facilitate a smooth billing process.
  • Staff is available to provide extensive in-services and education including RUG tracking, MDS and ADL scoring, clinical and restorative program cross walks, and Quality Measure improvement.
  • Staff is available to meet all patient needs, including comprehensive Part B programming.
  • Staff is available to attend facility meetings including Plan of Care, Medicare Utilization Review, and Census Support.
